TBC Bank has launched a new service that allows individuals and entrepreneurs across Georgia to complete official business registration directly inside bank branches. The streamlined procedure combines government registration with corporate banking setup into a single appointment.
The initiative aims to reduce bureaucratic hurdles for new entrepreneurs, foreign investors, and expanding local businesses.
Individual Entrepreneur and Company Registration
Under the new service, visitors to participating TBC branches can register as an Individual Entrepreneur (IE) or form a new business entity as an individual or existing business owner.
Bank staff assist applicants through the filing requirements, eliminating the need to visit public service halls prior to requesting financial services.
Instant Business Account Setup
Alongside official company registration, clients can immediately open a corporate bank account during the same branch visit.
The service is available to both existing TBC customers and new applicants, who can simultaneously establish their banking relationship, order corporate cards, and activate merchant tools for immediate commercial operations.
