Washed up on Caprovani
Eyewitnesses say another object has washed ashore on the Caprovani coast at the Shekvetili resort. Social media posts by Tatia Nikolaishvili, who shared photos from the scene, describe the sea depositing what she called a projectile on the sand.
Police on site, no official line
According to her account, officers at the beach discussed the possibility that the object could be a Russian combat drone. Authorities have not issued a public explanation.
Third find in recent days
Local reports call this the third similar discovery in several days. Police units and rescue services are at the location while the object remains under examination and the shoreline stays in public use nearby.
