Developer Opus Center has acquired a plot at the intersection of Griboedov and Bruskinvale streets in Batumi for a large multifunctional complex, according to company announcements.
The project is planned to include four residential buildings, a shopping centre with a hypermarket, recreation zones and underground parking. Renderings published by the developer show high-rise towers with curved glass facades and ground-floor retail. Promotional materials promise panoramic views of the Black Sea, the city skyline and the Adjara mountains.

Local planning approvals, traffic impact studies and utility connections typically follow land purchase in Batumi before ground-breaking. The Griboedov–Bruskinvale area sits inland from the main seaside boulevard but within walking distance of central Batumi’s retail and transport links.
