Crews have completed the initial phase of below-grade work and moved on to key structural elements. The vertical supports now visible on site will anchor both the parking levels and the elevator cores for the tower.
Foundation activities continue in parallel, preparing the base for the full weight of the high-rise. The pace indicates that the project is tracking ahead of its original timetable.
Planned Amenities
The tower is planned as a multifunctional complex serving residents and visitors alike.
It will combine residential apartments with wellness facilities including a SPA, fitness centers and pools. Retail and leisure options will feature brand stores and entertainment areas. A helipad is included to support direct arrivals and premium connectivity.
These components are intended to deliver a complete living and leisure environment directly on the island.
